As a Venture Sales Agency, ThreeRiversGroup is a company of venture investors with an intense focus on sales, sales of our Portfolio Companies products.  We know that nearly all companies that fail, fail because of a lack of sales, not cash, not investors, but sales.  Many technology companies have great products, but are misaligned, too early, too late, or they simply don’t know how to package and price.  An additional achilles heel is not having the relationships to execute.

We are a firm that invests monetary and human capital into emerging technology and solution service organizations that have the ability to significantly impact multiple verticals. ThreeRiversGroup introduces the emerging organizations through well established channel partners that maintain relationships with “C” level decision makers within the Global 1000 community. ThreeRiversGroup consists of 2 Principals that have considerable expertise in the evaluation and oversight of companies in a variety of industries. Collectively, they have started, built and sold 4 companies with Market Cap Values in excess of $100 mm.

ThreeRiversGroup's business is making equity investments for significant appreciation in emerging organizations, either through financing activities for a non-controlling ownership position and/or strategic equity positions acquired through revenue contributions generated by ThreeRiversGroup business development activities. As venture solutions firm, we make our money just as our portfolio and channel partners do, by growing the value our portfolio companies through revenue generation, lending domain expertise in multiple verticals, creating business opportunities through other portfolio companies and channel partners,  and operational oversight. Our business is not to sell securities or raise capital, or to generate fees by providing advice. Rather, we have a significant portion of our personal assets committed to these investments, and we share the risks of ownership.

As a Sales and Marketing Agency, ThreeRiversGroup capitalizes on the current business environment where large companies are uncomfortable and unable to invest in large capital-intensive technology projects with significant integration ramifications and potential business process restructuring.  The idea of optimizing profits and the business model is paramount.  We believe that American companies are looking for simple easy to implement cost reducing business solutions where the solutions provider is willing to assume risks for potential gain sharing benefits.

As a Consulting Sales Company we represent some of the best technology based cost reducing business solutions available.  We seek out relationships with national and regional American companies that cannot afford or desire to exclusively sell through a direct sales model.  We hire people with significant domain expertise and with relationships and skills for selling solutions at the senior executive levels of a company.  Our strategy is to select the best solutions and provide these solutions to our clients with minimal up front client investment and share with our clients as the savings are realized.

We recognize that most significant sales are done between people who have done business in the past. Successful sales require strong credibility, strong credibility requires industry and technology expertise, expertise requires time in the business.  Combine these aspects with integrity, access to decision makers, good solid solutions and a financially viable strategy for a customer procure the solution and we have the ingredients we need to close a sale.
